This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry service. The staff helped me find my lost earring during my first stay, amazing. Highly recommend!

I booked great-sized and pet-friendly room, that was offered with a Great bed as well as shower. Its location not very far from Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre was particularly good.

The bed spread smelled like body odor and when I complained about that I was told that it was clean and there was nothing they could do. After trying to find another hotel with a vacancy I was forced to stay there. The room was extremely cold and when I called the front desk to ask how to turn on the heat I was told that the hotel had a central heating system controlled by management and that they would not turn it up because the kitchen gets too hot. When I checked out the next morning and complained about the heat I was then told that the previous staff should have told me how to turn the heat on in my room because they all have individual heaters. Bottom line I froze in a smelling bed because the staff would not help me. The parking is terrible and it's difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

impeccably clean, good value hotel, the location was favourable short walk to a movie theater and other fast food restaurants and city center and other stores. an attached restaurant was an advantage. the free parking was on site, good service. they had a smooth check-in.

new deep tub, seamless check-in, proximity to shopping
The lack of noticeable signage made finding the entrance frustrating!!! Carpet stains and lack of cleaning service severely impacted the stay!!! More soundproofing would be preferred to manage hallway noise!!!

We arrived in Whitehorse on a rainy day at the end of August. It was cold less than 10 degrees Celsius (50 F), but our room was super cold. We are from warmer climates, we made a complaint to the hotel receptionist, but they said they can not do anything about it. The problem was that the corridors and main lobby of the hotel were warm and cozy, but our room was very cold, with no heating. Their staff are apparently more important to them than their customers. We even thought about leaving the door of our room open to let in warm air from the corridor. I dont recommend this hotel, and will never go back.

comfortable and clean, very centrally located to stores and restaurants
The breakfast at the attached restaurant was adequate, but a bit pricey for the quality and quantity. The eggs were cooked too hard and the hash browns were like tater tots, not my idea of hash browns.

We had a late arrival (after 10pm) and a shuttle was provided from the airport. Then we had an early departure. The Reception staff were helpful.

great location but lacking in room comfort
The room featured two queen beds, spacious enough for our family. We enjoyed the cleanliness and modern decor. It was centrally located in town.
The beds were a bit firmer than preferred, affecting our sleep quality.

Location
Lobby had 3 bus loads of people when we arrived. I was told, by the check in person had no WiFi but I could use computer room which was never empty. The person on the desk when I left told me they had WiFi. The fan in our room was very loud all night. It was impossible to use the elevator for hours. I am 75 with a broken back. I asked for a first floor room. I was put on second floor. I was on the road for 37 yrs before I retired and this stay ranks in the bottom 10%.

This is a quiet and friendly place for shopping. The location is good, and the staff is very amiable and service-oriented. And it's by Yukon River. Want to say thanks a lot for very very good stay.
Nothing, all great.
